What We Do

Most consultants prepare reports. At Downtown Parking & Planning Associates, we believe our most important task is to produce results and to help our clients effectuate real change. Our work involves extensive time on the ground interacting with key stakeholders, collecting data, observing local conditions and analyzing information. While we do produce reports and presentations as part of this process, we understand that our most important task is to help our clients develop implementation plans that work. Our greatest value to clients usually comes after our initial reports are submitted. We help our clients to develop realistic implementation plans, and then assist in gaining the community and political consensus needed to move those plans forward. Our approach to all projects focuses on results oriented outcomes.
