Parking Structure Feasibility Studies - Providence, RI

Andy has completed numerous parking impact analyses, shared demand analyses and parking structure feasibility studies. Two recent feasibility studies were completed in the City of Providence for private developers, to include:

 

 

The “Grants Block” project is a mixed-use urban development project in the heart of historic “DownCity” Providence. The project design is still being finalized, but will include residential lofts, street level retail and sorely needed structured parking. Andy served as project manager for a feasibility study that analyzed local market conditions to determine the size and configuration of structured parking. The project is moving forward, with site demolition recently completed.
